Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of www.whyprint.net and the 3D printing services provided by WhyPrint, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

We offer on-demand 3D printing in PLA, PETG, TPU and other materials. Quotes are estimates based on the file you provide; final price may be confirmed after manual review and is shown to you before production.

2. Your content

You confirm that you own or have the right to manufacture any model you upload, and that the design does not infringe third-party intellectual property, is not weapons-related, and does not violate UAE law. We may refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Payment

Orders are payable in AED. Production begins once payment is received and the quote is accepted.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on print complexity and courier availability across the UAE. Title transfers on delivery.

5. Refunds

Because every print is custom-made to your file, completed prints are non-refundable unless they materially deviate from the agreed specification. If a print fails on our side, we will reprint or refund.

6. Limitation of liability

WhyPrint's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
